I fell and broke my left hip and came to TOT after 3 weeks in hospital 1st of may i came at TOT and the service had been outstanding. The Physio's have been exceptional.There professional and kind and caring and understanding has made the whole process so much easier. Now after 5 week i am going home and this is only been made possible by this amazing people. In perticular my heart felt thanks to Devi who has been my constance physio throughtout my stay and without her afferts, humor and fully understanding my problems i woule never have made such a speedy recover.Thanks also to Sri who stood in when Devi had a day off. Following my fathers 3rd hip replacement surgery he has received exceptional care from Therapies on Thames. Raj provided post fracture and pre-surgery care and advice to enable him to stay at home. Following admission and surgery Simon has provided at home physiotherapy of the highest standard. This has had an impact not only on Dads ability to walk again but also on his mental well-being. I recently booked Wilson of Thames Therapies to help my mother in law get back on her feet after a trapped nerve. Prior to his assistance my mother in law was housebound and in a very difficult situation. After six sessions she was in with a shot of going on her long planned holiday and this week made it out to Africa to do the charity work she loves and lives for:. I cannot thank Simon (and Amiel) from Therapies on Thames enough. I will be forever grateful.
In July 2023, my Mum had a major stroke, losing mobility on her left side. She spent 7 weeks in hospital, and on her discharge the doctors at the hospital said that she wouldn't walk again. We were all extremely worried about how the future looked, but then along came Simon from Therapies on Thames and everything changed. With Simon came hope. He worked everyday with my Mum, building her strength and confidence. He also showed me exercises to do with Mum to work alongside her physio. When Simon couldn't be here, another superhero turned up from Therapies on Thames, Amiel. We called them the Dynamic Duo. Right from the start they were determined to get Mum walking again, and with their encouragement and ongoing patience and knowledge, my Mum began to progress quickly. She now uses a frame, but can also walk with a tripod, and Simon has been helping her walk unaided. We owe our complete thanks and gratitude to these 2 wonderful physios. Thank you Therapies on Thames. I cannot recommend you highly enough.
