Community rehabilitation, discharge pathway support, early supported discharge, and contracted therapy services. We work with NHS trusts and ICBs across Surreyand the wider region, with experience in NHS referral pathways and reporting requirements.

Embedded physiotherapy and occupational therapy for your residents, staff training, and documented outcomes that support your CQC evidence. We work as part of your team, not alongside it.

Care Agency Partners

Joint working with domiciliary care teams to support patients at home. We coordinate with your carers, share therapy goals, and make sure the approach is consistent between visits.

Services we provide

Physiotherapy

Home visits, care homes, inpatient. Musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, older adult, post-surgical and palliative caseloads. Band 6, 7 and 8 equivalent.

Occupational Therapy

Functional assessment and rehab, equipment and adaptation, cognitive rehab, and specialist seating and postural management.

Inpatient Rehabilitation

Intensive multidisciplinary therapy at 10 centres throughout the South and Midlands.

Rehabilitation Assistants

Ongoing exercise programmes, mobility practice and therapy reinforcement between qualified sessions.

We hold contracts with numerous ICBs and are experienced with NHS referral pathways and reporting requirements.
