After a fall

Falls can shake someone's confidence as much as their body. We find out what caused the fall, work on strength and balance, and help them feel safe again.

After a hip or knee replacement, spinal surgery, or other major procedure — getting the right rehabilitation at the right pace is what gets someone back on their feet.

Getting weaker or less mobile

Sometimes there's no single event — just a gradual decline. Things that used to be easy are getting harder. Physiotherapy and OT can help reverse that slide.

Where are you or your loved one?

We provide therapy in all three settings. Choose the one that applies.

At Home

Our therapists visit at home — expert therapy in familiar surroundings, at a time that suits you. No waiting rooms, no travel.

In a Care Home

We work alongside the care team to support residents with physiotherapy, OT, and rehabilitation — as part of the home's routine.

Inpatient Rehabilitation

When daily intensive therapy is needed, our inpatient centres provide focused rehabilitation in a supportive residential setting.

What happens when you contact us

  • We Listen

Call or email us and tell us what's happening. You don't need medical jargon — just describe what's going on. We'll ask some questions to understand the situation.

  • We Recommend

We'll explain what kind of therapy would help, where it's best delivered, and what it's likely to involve. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and suggest alternatives.

  • We Assess

A qualified therapist visits to carry out a thorough assessment. They'll spend time with you or your loved one, understand their goals, and create a personalised treatment plan.

  • We Keep You In The Loop

You'll know what's happening at every stage. We communicate clearly about progress, any concerns, and what to expect next. No disappearing into clinical notes you never see.

What families tell us matters most

Therapists who listen

Taking time to understand the person, not just the condition

Consistency

The same therapist each visit, building a real relationship

Clear Communication

Keeping you informed about progress and plans, in plain language

Honesty

Being told what's realistic, not just what you want to hear

What families say about us

What struck me most was how much time the physiotherapist took to really understand Dad's situation — not just his hip, but also his home and worries. The progress he made over the following weeks was remarkable, but equally important was how his confidence returned. He started believing he could get better, and he did.

Family member, Surrey

Having Dad close enough to visit every day made such a difference, to him and to us.  The physiotherapists kept us updated, explained what they were working on, and helped us understand what we could do to support his recovery at home.
