How a partnership works
We start with a conversation about what your home needs. Some care homes want regular weekly sessions for residents; others need specialist assessments or one-off training. There's no fixed package — we build the service around you.
Our therapists visit your home at times that suit your routine. They work alongside your carers, share their findings, and provide full documentation of every assessment and treatment session. Funding can come from the care home budget, individual residents' CHC funding, private arrangement, or a combination.
