HOME VISIT REHABILITATION

Therapies on Thames offers home visit specialists Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy service for Elderly

We help anyone who is struggling with ill health or with managing daily tasks like washing and dressing and maintaining their quality of life. It could be you or a family member.

Our elderly patients  are all different. An elderly person may be healthy and stable enough to be discharged home from the hospital following a minor fall or someone in their 50s who’s had a stroke. Perhaps you’re a 30-year-old with a long-term condition like Motor Neurone Disease or multiple sclerosis.. However, they would benefit a light course of physiotherapy and/or Occupational therapy to help improve their mobility and prevent future falls. Both PT and OT services can be provided in their own home through our home visit Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy team.  Whatever your situation, you’ll receive better care with combined rehabilitation services.
